We meet new clients in our Cirencester office, at their home, or by video call — whichever suits you best. A first conversation lasts about an hour. We do not bring slides, and we do not ask you to sign anything. We listen to your circumstances, talk through what you are looking for, and tell you honestly whether we are the right firm to help.
If you decide to work with us, we will write to you within a week with a proposal, a fee, and a clear scope of work. You take it from there.
